Since KLA was last at the Galt House Hotel & Suites the Galt House has experienced an approximately 66 million dollar renovation!  Every room is crisp, modern and comfortable.  Use the following procedure to make your online overnight reservations:

Go to www.GaltHouse.com,
1. Enter your "Arrive:" and "Depart" dates (Wednesday, September 30 thru Saturday, October 3, 2009), etc. and click the "Check Availability" button.
2. Enter the "Group Number" 295884 and click "Submit".
3. Click the "Continue" button.
4. Choose Room Type and click the "Reserve" button.
5. Click the "Continue" button.
6. Fill out the Guest Information and click the "Make Reservation" button.

Rooms in the West Rivue Tower are $119 single/double and rooms in the all suite East Tower are $135 single/double.  All meeting rooms and exhibits will be in the East Tower.  You can also make reservations by calling the Galt House at 800-843-4258.  Be sure to tell them you are with the Kentucky Library Association to receive the special rates!

The Galt House Hotel & Suites is a very busy meeting facility and rooms will sell out; make your reservations today to ensure that you have onsite accommodations!
